00 / The Short Version

These terms apply to your use of the Soultrain website and to the sessions, memberships and events you book with us. By booking or training with us, you agree to them. Soultrain operates the HYROX Performance Centre at 51 Cathedral Street, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011.

01 / Bookings

Bookings & Payment

  • 01 Bookings, memberships and event entries are made through our booking platform (Mariana Tek) and checkout (BrandBot), and are confirmed once payment is received.
  • 02 Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. The price you pay is the one shown when you book.
  • 03 Memberships continue until cancelled in line with the terms of your specific plan.
02 / Intro Offers

First-Week Offers

Our intro offers ($49 first-week passes, and similar) are for first-time local customers, one per person, and can't be combined with other offers. We may withdraw or change an intro offer at any time.

03 / Cancellations

Sessions & Memberships

  • 01 You can cancel or reschedule a class in line with the cancellation window shown in the booking app. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.
  • 02 Intro passes and class packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where you're entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • 03 To pause or cancel a membership, contact us at info@soultrain.net.au. Cancellation terms depend on your plan.
04 / Events

Road To HYROX & Race Sims

No Race-Day Entries

The rules that keep race day fair, full, and rain-or-shine. Same wording as the Road to HYROX FAQ — nothing buried.

  1. 01 Event entry is per athlete. For doubles, each athlete buys their own entry.
  2. 02 Entries are limited and close on the date shown, or earlier if the event fills. There are no race-day entries.
  3. 03 Events run in all weather. The outdoor run leg goes ahead unless conditions are a genuine safety hazard.
  4. 04 If you choose not to take part because of weather, we don't provide a refund — but you can complete the full simulation solo during any Floor Access session within 14 days, with complimentary Floor Access for the make-up. The make-up is staff-supervised and doesn't include the live leaderboard, other athletes, or the event-day atmosphere.
  5. 05 If we cancel an event outright, we'll offer you a transfer to the next running or a refund.
05 / Safety

Health, Safety & Waiver

  • 01 Training is physically demanding. You take part at your own risk and you're responsible for training within your own limits.
  • 02 You must complete our waiver before your first session, and you must tell us about any injury, illness, pregnancy or medical condition that could affect your safety. We may ask you to get medical clearance before taking part.
  • 03 Our coaches may modify or stop your participation in a session on safety grounds.
  • 04 Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
06 / Conduct

On The Floor

We want a safe, focused training environment. We may refuse entry or end a membership for behaviour that's unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to other members or staff.

07 / The Website

Using This Site

The content on this site — text, design, logos and images — belongs to Soultrain or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our consent. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

08 / Liability

Where We Stand

To the extent permitted by law, Soultrain isn't liable for loss or injury arising from your use of the facility, sessions or events, except where caused by our negligence or where the Australian Consumer Law provides a guarantee that can't be excluded. Where we're permitted to limit our liability, it's limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.
