A full recovery protocol takes 60–90 minutes — sauna, ice plunge, compression, red light, and mobility. You can also use one or two modalities if you're short on time. Sessions are self-directed. No fixed class time.
Yes — but start short. Two minutes is enough for your first session. The cold plunge sits at 5–10°C. We brief you on safe entry and exit when you arrive. It's intense for 20 seconds, then the body adapts. Most first-timers are surprised by how manageable it is.
Yes — and it's the ideal time. Post-training contrast therapy (sauna then ice) is one of the most effective protocols for reducing soreness and accelerating adaptation. Most of our athletes come directly from the floor.
