The honest answers — short and direct, like our coaching.

No. The Sim is the diagnostic, not the reward for one. Scaled loads and a no-judgement brief mean a first-timer and a podium athlete run the same format and get the same honest readout. You are racing the clock and your last score — nobody else.
Perfect candidate. You get a 15-minute station walkthrough before the gun so the movements are never the variable. The point is to find your real starting line so your training stops being a guess.
Run splits, station times and transitions are weighted against the field benchmark for your division, then normalised to a 0–100 scale. Same maths every time — so a 4-point jump in eight weeks is a real, comparable jump.
Every 6–8 weeks. Long enough for an adaptation block to land, short enough to catch a plateau before it costs you on race day. Your coach books the retest off your debrief.
Just shoes and a water bottle. Every station, erg and implement is set to race spec on the floor. Turn up, warm up, race.
Yes — Sims run in waves and a training partner on the floor is the closest thing to race-day pressure you can buy. You each get your own individual score.
