Soultrain ("we", "us", "our") is a strength & conditioning coaching business operating in Australia, reachable at soultrain.net.au. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us when you train, sign up, book, or browse.
By using our site or services you agree to the handling described below. If you don't agree, the simplest fix is not to submit your details — and you can always ask us to delete what we already hold.
What we
collect
Only what we need to coach you, take a payment, and keep in touch. We never collect more than the job requires.
How we
use it
Every use ties back to running the service. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't profile your training data for advertising. We do use a Meta Pixel to measure our ads and reach similar people — you can opt out in your browser and Meta settings.

How long
we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it — or as long as the law requires.
Active account and training data stays while you're a client. Payment and tax records are held for up to seven years to meet Australian financial obligations. When you ask us to delete your data, we action it within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain a minimal record.
