Soultrain ("we", "us", "our") is a strength & conditioning coaching business operating in Australia, reachable at soultrain.net.au. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us when you train, sign up, book, or browse.

By using our site or services you agree to the handling described below. If you don't agree, the simplest fix is not to submit your details — and you can always ask us to delete what we already hold.

What we

Only what we need to coach you, take a payment, and keep in touch. We never collect more than the job requires.

01Identity & contactYour name, email and phone number when you sign up, join the waitlist, or get in touch.
02Payment detailsCard payments are processed by our booking and checkout platforms. We store a record of the transaction, never your full card number.
03Training & health dataPrograms, attendance, lifts, body metrics and notes you share so we can actually coach you.
04Bookings & attendanceSessions you book, attend, reschedule or cancel — to run the floor and manage your spot.
05Marketing consentWhether you've opted in to emails. You choose, and you can opt out from any message.
06Site & device dataBasic analytics — pages, device, approximate location — to keep the site working and improve it.

How we
use it

Every use ties back to running the service. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't profile your training data for advertising. We do use a Meta Pixel to measure our ads and reach similar people — you can opt out in your browser and Meta settings.

A short list of service providers who help us run the business. They only get what they need, and they're bound to protect it. We never sell your personal information.

01Mariana TekBooking & paymentsRuns bookings, memberships and payments. Holds your name, contact, session history and a transaction record — never your full card number.
02BrandBotCheckoutPowers our checkout for intro offers and event entries. Handles the purchase, passes the booking to Mariana Tek.

We use a small set of cookies to keep the site working and understand what's useful. You can clear or block them in your browser — the essentials may break, the rest won't.

  • AnalyticsMeasure traffic and what's useful, in aggregate. Off if you block them.
  • AdvertisingLet us measure our ads and reach similar people via the Meta Pixel. Off if you block them.

05 / Retention

How long
we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it — or as long as the law requires.

Active account and training data stays while you're a client. Payment and tax records are held for up to seven years to meet Australian financial obligations. When you ask us to delete your data, we action it within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain a minimal record.

It's your data. Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can see it, fix it, move it, or have it gone. Email us and we'll sort it — no hoops.

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.
